2. Products & Care Disclaimer

Our website offers:

Each original painting is a unique, hand-created artwork. Unless otherwise stated, original artworks are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Fine art prints are professionally produced reproductions of the artist's original works using the materials specified in each product listing.
While every effort is made to accurately display colours, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and device displays. Artwork dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the work.
Artwork Care: Fine art materials (such as oils, acrylics, and archival papers) naturally react to environmental conditions over time. Shrenith Patalay Art Studio is not responsible for damage occurring post-delivery due to improper handling, exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, framing errors, or neglect by the customer.

3. Artwork Availability

Original artworks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

While we strive to keep inventory accurate, an artwork may occasionally become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases, exhibitions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should this occur after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, or cancel orders where fraudulent activity, payment issues, or pricing inaccuracies are identified. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delays result from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property & Promotional Rights

All artwork, images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Shrenith Patalay Art Studio, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by applicable copyright & Intellectual Property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork or fine art print transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, publishing rights, and commercial rights remain exclusively with the artist.
No artwork or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Studio Promotional Rights: Shrenith Patalay Art Studio retains the right to display photographs and digital images of all created artworks—including sold original pieces—in online portfolios, social media platforms, physical catalogues, and promotional materials for archival and marketing purposes.

7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
