Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Gallery or any servers or networks connected to the Gallery.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

 

2. Artwork Information

2.1 Each painting listed for sale is an original or limited-edition piece created by the artist unless otherwise specified.
2.2 All dimensions, colors, and materials are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to photography and display differences.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Prices listed for paintings are in Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the accepted payment methods displayed on the website or invoice.
3.3 The buyer is responsible for any additional fees, such as customs duties or bank transaction charges.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1 Upon receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee availability of the painting until the artist verifies it.
4.2 In rare cases, if the painting is unavailable, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Paintings will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ensure the address is accurate, as we (shrenith patalay.com) are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
5.2 Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.
5.3 Shrenith Patalay.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies or customs processing.
5.4 In the event of damage during shipping, the buyer must notify us within 10 days of receipt, including photographic evidence of the damage.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances, such as damage during shipping or incorrect delivery.
6.2 To initiate a return, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the painting and provide all necessary documentation.
6.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned painting and verifying its condition.

7. Ownership & Copyright

7.1 Ownership of the painting transfers to the buyer upon full payment and delivery.
7.2 Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any form without permission from the artist.

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shrenith Patalay.com, its affiliates, and the artist from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use, display, or resale of the artwork.
